Objectives

CPSL's key objectives are:

  • High standards of workmanship
  • Meeting allocated budgets
  • Safe methods of working
  • Regular liaison with clients
  • Clean and tidy sites
  • Create easy to maintain facilities

Quality of Workmanship

CPSL employs a combination of directly employed qualified tradespeople and specialist sub-contractors. A directly employed workforce gives CPSL the control required to produce and maintain a high quality of workmanship.

Attention to detail is an essential ingredient of the construction process to ensure delivery of a high quality, first class service and product.

On Time and Within Budget

In addition to quality of workmanship and attention to detail, completion on time and within budget is the key to a successful hand-over of any project. With 'in-house' CAD facilities, critical path programming and regular site progress meetings, CPSL's hands on approach, together with a flexible attitude to client changes, provides the required framework for delivery of a high quality finished product on time and within budget.

Health and Safety Policy

Commitment to providing a safe place of work for all CPSL's employees and sub contractors is paramount. All employees receive strict, regular training and instruction in all aspects of Health and Safety.

Partnering

A good and open working relationship with the client's professional team is key to delivering a new building. CPSL places a strong emphasis on establishing effective lines of communication with all parties involved in the project.

Sustainability

CPSL support the principles of the Government's Agenda 21 with regard to thermally efficient buildings, maintaining good levels of day lighting and ventilation and employing recycled and sustainable materials wherever possible.

CPSL are pleased to advise on bespoke solutions with regard to the above points as well as life cycle costings, energy conservation and alternative energy sources for new projects.
